There are ongoing fees and expenses associated with owning units/shares of an investment fund. An investment fund must prepare disclosure documents that contain key information about the fund. You can find more detailed information about the fund in these documents. Any indicated rates of return are the historical annual compounded total returns including changes in unit/share value and reinvestment of all dividends or distributions and does not take into account certain fees such as redemption fees, optional charges or income taxes payable by any security holder that would have reduced returns. Investment funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently and past performance may not be repeated.
For those investment funds that are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”), you will usually pay brokerage fees to your dealer if you purchase or sell units/shares of the investment fund on the TSX. If the units/shares are purchased or sold on the TSX, investors may pay more than the current net asset value when buying units/shares of the investment fund and may receive less than the current net asset value when selling them.
The information contained herein is not an offer to sell nor a solicitation to buy any security. Such an offer can only be made by prospectus or other applicable offering document.
