TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 30, 2010) - Canadian Income Management Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX:CAI.DB) announces the resignation of Peter N. Thomson, Sr. from his position as a director on the Corporation's Board of Directors. Mr. Thomson has resigned due to personal reasons and the resignation is effective today. Mr. Thomson has served on the Corporation's Board of Directors since November, 2005. The Board of Directors has commenced the process of assessing if a replacement director is necessary. In the meantime, the remaining four directors will continue to carry out the duties of the Corporation's Board of Directors.
