Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (TSX: PME) closes offering; raises $175 million
TORONTO: Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its initial public offering. Gross proceeds: At the closing, the Corporation issued 17,500,000 Units for total gross proceeds of $175,000,000. The agents have been granted an over-allotment option to purchase up to 2,625,000 Units at any time during the next 30 days. The Units: Each Unit is made up of one class A share (“Class A Share”) and one full Class A Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Class A Share at a subscription price of $12.00 at any time on or before 4:00 pm (Toronto time) on June 30, 2009.
