    General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

    Prior to joining Sentry in 2006, Ryan worked as an associate lawyer with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Toronto. During his time there, he practiced corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
