Dennis Mitchell

Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager

Dennis is responsible for the day to day operations and oversight of the investment department.

Dennis is also head of the real estate and infrastructure portfolio management team at Sentry, and is recognized as one of Canada's leading authorities in real estate investing. He joined Sentry in 2005, and has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Dennis is a three-time winner of the Brendan Wood International TopGun Portfolio Manager Award and was recognized in 2011 as a Brendan Wood International TopGun Canadian Real Estate Investment Mind.

Dennis has an Honours BBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
